Welcome to OneGreekStore.com. One Greek Store and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at One Greek Store, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future One Greek Store service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with One Greek Store, whether or not included in the One Greek Store website, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.

 

Greek Licensing

One Greek Store is among a select group of licensed vendors who have been approved to provide your Greek organization with merchandise of exceptional quality. We recognize the importance of protecting your organization's legal trademarks, which includes your organization's crest, coat of arms, Greek letters, and all other related symbols. Additionally, by being a licensed vendor, One Greek Store provides  a royalty payment to your fraternity/sorority every time you purchase a product bearing your organization's trademarks.

At One Greek Store, we pride ourselves on providing you with the best quality products available. We inspect your order at least three times throughout our production process to ensure it meets our specifications!

 

Shipping & Delivery

One Greek Store uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) to deliver our goods. Customers are free to choose the delivery method of their liking.

Shipment times depend on your product. Most items will be shipped between 7 to 14 business days. Custom orders can take up to 30 days depending on the complexity of your product. Customers will be informed of their projected shipping times if it exceeds normal production.

Expedited shipping services are also available to customers.

All items purchased from One Greek Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

 

Privacy & Security

All information collected by OneGreekStore.com about our customers shall remain confidential and shall not be shared with any outside parties, unless done so at the expressed consent of the customer providing said information.

When you visit OneGreekStore.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

By using our website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. One Greek Store does not sell products for children, butg it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use One Greek Store only with involvement of a parent or guardian. One Greek Store and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

 

One Greek Store uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology. Additionally, One Greek Store uses a PCI-Compliant hosting solution to further protect your information.

 

Applicable Law

By using OneGreekStore.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and One Greek Store or its affiliates.

License & Site Access

One Greek Store grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of One Greek Store. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of One Greek Store. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of One Greek Store and our affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing One Greek Store's name or trademarks without the express written consent of One Greek Store. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by One Greek Store. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of One Greek Store so long as the link does not portray One Greek Store, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any One Greek Store logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

 

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

You may return most new and unopened non-customized items fulfilled by One Greek Store within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a restocking fee of $10.00 or 15% of the gross order, whichever is greater. Any customized items, which may include line name, crossing year, chapter, line number, etc. will not qualify for a refund. On these orders, store credit may be granted on an individual basis. If an error occurred on the part of One Greek Store, we will pay for the return shipping costs. On all other returns, the customer must pay the shipping cost.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund. No refunds will be given on personalized items.

Cancellation requests must be recieved within 24 hours after an order is placed. Otherwise, the order will have begun production and cannot be refunded. After the 24 hour time frame, store credit may be issued on an individual basis. All cancellation requests are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 or 15% of the gross order, whichever is greater.

If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with your return. All exchanges are subject to approval by One Greek Store; we do not guarantee that all our items can be exchanged for another.

Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns. This does not include production and transit time. 

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. One Greek Store reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant One Greek Store and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant One Greek Store and its affiliates and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify One Greek Store or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. One Greek Store has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. One Greek Store takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

 

Product Descriptions

One Greek Store and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, One Greek Store does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by One Greek Store itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The list price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the list price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the list price may be provided by the merchant.

With respect to items sold by One Greek Store, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order the product. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mis-priced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to OneGreekStore.com or to products you purchase through One Greek Store shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Gainesville, Florida, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate One Greek Store's intellectual property rights, One Greek Store may seek injunction or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the sate of Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
