Order Status Explanation


Your order has successfully processed payment and will be reviewed for production. You should receive a confirmation email with your unique order number along with a list of items ordered.

On Hold - Questions

After reviewing your order, we found areas that need further clarification. We will attempt to contact you up to 4 times via email and then via phone call. Your order will be delayed until we can communicate with you and placed on hold after a fourth attempt is made.

*Note: Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in a delay of your order, based on due date.*

On Hold - Backorder

We are currently out of stock on the item(s) that you ordered. Our Purchasing Department has reordered stock of your item and will ship it to you as soon as possible. If we cannot make your selected due date, a customer representative will contact you about the delay.


Your order successfully completed review. At this stage, we cannot cancel and/or edit orders. We have assembled all materials for your order and have placed it according to priority level in our order queue for production. Your order will remain in assembly up to two days before it's scheduled delivery date depending on our production schedule.

Assembly - Hold on Garments

Your order successfully completed review. We are out of stock of your raw item(s) and are awaiting delivery. If necessary, our Purchasing Deparment will expedite delivery to maintain our production schedule for your due date. Your order is not delayed.

Production Preparation

Your order has begun the production process. We are preparing all final pieces of your order to send to production. 


Your order is being produced according to your final specifications and will ship shortly. We may contact you for additional clarification at this step to ensure accuracy. 


Your order has completed production. We are inspecting your items and packaging them for shipment. You will receive tracking information via email.
