What is your production time/turnaround?
Production time is the amount of time necessary to produce your product.
Normal/Standard Production turnaround is 14 business days (Mondays through Fridays, not including weekends and holidays) for most of our products.
Rush Production is available for an additional fee on many of our products. Your fee will be calculated based on your desired ship date.
Certain products may need to be special ordered, even if they are not customized, so please contact us first if you need something right away or by a certain date so we can check availability.
Depending on the complexity of your product and availability of materials, we will inform you accordingly if your item exceeds normal production time.
Please note that there is transit time after production before you receive your purchase.
How do I customize a product?
Although we offer customization options on our website, we understand that there are an infinite number of possibilities for you to make your item unique!
The best way to fully customize your product is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipment times depend on your product. Most items will be shipped within 14 business days. Custom orders can take up to 30 days or more depending on the complexity of your product. Customers will be informed of their projected shipping times if it exceeds normal production.
One Greek Store uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver our goods. Customers are free to choose their preferred delivery method. Shipping methods and costs can be viewed upon checkout. Expedited shipping services are also available.
How do I redeem a coupon?
Coupons and discounts are valid for online orders only- they are not valid for phone, email, or in-store orders.
Please enter the offer code in the Coupon or Promotional Code box during checkout.
Coupon, discount, and gift certificate adjustments will be shown at checkout.
Coupons and gift certificates may not be combined in the same order.
Do you charge tax?
We only charge tax on orders within the state of Florida, as required by law. All orders out of Florida are not charged a sales tax.
What happens after I submit an order?
Once you submit an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that our system has received your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us right away.
We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer and cancel any order at any time. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
After you receive the automatic order confirmation, an One Greek Store representative will review the order and determine the final approval. This process may take up to 1 or 2 business days. An order will not start the production stage until approved by a team member.
In the rare cases of a pricing error, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
Product Descriptions, Colors, and Styles
One Greek Store and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, One Greek Store does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by One Greek Store itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours after an order is placed. Otherwise, the order will have begun the fulfillment process and cannot be refunded. After the 24 hour time frame, store credit may be issued on an individual basis. All cancellation requests are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 or 25% of the gross order, whichever is greater.
Absolutely no cancellations will be allowed on RUSH orders.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
Editing of an order is possible in certain circumstances and must be confirmed by a One Greek Store representative. If a requested change is not approved by a member of One Greek Store, the details will default to the original submitted order.
Can I track my order?
Once an order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number and the method it was shipped.
How long can you hold my in-store pickup order for?
For orders that are being picked up in our retail location, we are not responsible for any orders that are not picked up within 90 days. If it is after 90 days and the order cannot be located we can offer to remake the order at a discount of 25% off of the original subtotal. However, no refund can be issued.
Can I return my order?
Any customized items (which may include the organization's’ letters, line name, crossing year, chapter, line number, etc.) will not qualify for a refund. On these orders, store credit may be granted on an individual basis. If an error occurred on the part of One Greek Store, we will pay for the return shipping costs. On all other returns, the customer must pay the shipping cost.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund.
No refunds will be given on personalized items.
I received my order and there’s a mistake.
If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with your return. All exchanges are subject to approval by One Greek Store; we do not guarantee that all our items can be exchanged for another.
Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns. This does not include production and transit time.

One Greek Store is among a select group of licensed vendors who have been approved to provide your Greek organization with merchandise of exceptional quality. We recognize the importance of protecting your organization's legal trademarks, which includes your organization's crest, coat of arms, Greek letters, and all other related symbols. Additionally, by being a licensed vendor, One Greek Store provides a royalty payment to your fraternity/sorority every time you purchase a product bearing your organization's trademarks.

Estimates and Quotes
Estimates and quotes are valid for up to 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates provided through email are subject to change until the artwork has been finalized and confirmed.
A quote is not considered an order until payment is made and all designs are approved.
Before you submit a design...
We want to meet our clients’ expectations. However, we can only do this if you give us all the information we need. If you do not include adequate information about your design, we cannot be held accountable if the results are not what you expected. All information relevant to your order MUST be included.
IMPORTANT: Please do not assume we know what you want or mean. We work with a wide range of clients and everyone is unique. Explain, add references and be clear about your expectations.
Prepare all information about your design in detail. We strongly encourage reference material such as, but not limited to, links and images. Indicate style, colors, and typographic preferences.
Accepted File Types
All submitted files must be 300 DPI or vector format, if possible. We can only make designs as good as the submitted artwork!
If it turns out that the original art you have supplied is not high enough quality to begin with, it may require additional time to either find appropriate art or draw it from scratch, resulting in a possible delay of your design.
The following are preferred file formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, .PNG. Please keep in mind that just because a file is in these formats, does not mean it is high quality enough to use.
Design Turnaround Time
The time it takes to complete a custom design order from date of purchase (payment received and design/idea ready) is typically 28 business days (approximately 6 weeks). However this is mostly dependent upon timely responses from the client, when final approval is given, and the volume of orders currently in queue.
Rush production options are not available for custom design orders.
Large bulk orders that contain multiple garments are subject to a longer turnaround time due to the size of the order.
All custom large back designs are a flat fee of $150, individually priced from the garment and any other customization you may be adding to the garment. The cost includes the proofing process, set up fees, digitizing fees, and cost of materials. The $150 fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
All other images vary in price depending on size, location, and if it is an image we already have on file.
We request that you provide a complete design or a complete design idea to provide you with the most accurate first draft. This will help prevent multiple drafts, possible additional costs, and possible delays in your order.
Small revisions (determined by One Greek Store and completely at our discretion) can be made after we provide the initial draft. We allow limited rounds of minor revisions. After that, we will charge per additional round. If the design changes significantly through the process, additional fees may be incurred.
There will be a charge for any major revision or complete design change prior to each additional round. Changes (text, style, size, location) to the initial design may result in additional fees.
We do not provide comparison proofs of different variations of customization.
Most images provided by our clients are usable for custom designs for embroidery purposes.
Please note that any fades, gradients, and shading can not be replicated in embroidery. Designs are NOT printed onto the garment, nor are they patches. Designs are embroidered directly onto the garment and we are limited by the use of thread.
Colors are limited to the twill fabrics and threads we carry in stock. We will try and match your design’s colors as best as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match.
Back designs are usually 12” tall, however the size of the design is dependent upon the size of the garment and overall layout. There may be other limitations due to the way we produce the customization in the production process.
Due to production limitations we are not able to have any design “wrap” around the garment, such as front to back. Side wrapping is conditional and is up to the discretion of One Greek Store and the production staff.
Approval of Final Design
Please review your design and digital proof very carefully. It is the responsibility of the client to check the accuracy of sizing, quantity, product type/style/color, due date, spelling, colors, placement, and print size.
Your order will not begin production until artwork and proof have been approved. Once approved and the order has been placed into production, changes can no longer be made to the order.
If you are not comfortable with your design being shared via various platforms including our online gallery, Facebook, Instagram, etc, please let us know when you place your order. If you do not specify otherwise, we will assume we have your full permission to share.
In the case the client changes their mind after work has begun on the design, the $150 design fee is non-refundable.
